Everything was above my expectations, the staff ( I can't mention a name) because all of them were really nice and friendly, the food there is delicious we tried the breakfast buffet which has variety of choices, room service food was excellent and Al Khedewy restaurant which is Egyptian cuisine. If you are going for relaxation this is the right place, you don't need to go out of the hotel and soon the Plaza will be open and am sure there will be many shops which will open inside.

Great rooms, lovely breakfast - location not so great - but who cares when you stay in such a nice hotel. Really enjoyed the experience, the friendly staff and the good service. The restaurants are well-priced with super quality, really enjoyed every bite.

Great new facilities, spacious rooms with everything one might need. Overall, excellent service and very enjoyable experience. The hotel has a nice spa and two big pools, also a big space for nice walks in the evenings. The staff is is very professional and helpful (breakfast staff and a bartender Bassem were especially attentive and made our experience even better with their great service and very pleasant interaction). After booking our 6 days stay we decided to come back as the place was the best we saw in Egypt, including a very nice Egyptian restaurant in the premises.

A beautiful brand new property with great landscaping design and facilities, some of which are still to open. The wavy beach is a great unique feature and generally an inviting place to relax with spacious halls and in-room bathroom facilities. Has a spacious spa feel to the entire hotel.

Myself & family an AMAZING stay at the most beautiful St. Regis Almasa hotel. It was both my Mother & Aunties birthday & our wonderful butler Alaa made it very special preparing cakes, chocolate’s & decorations for them both as requested. Our breakfast server Bassam was so lovely & always made us feel special and welcomed each & every morning & The nice door man Ismail was always welcoming & helpful throughout our stay. So a very special thanks to all 3 of them. You also MUST try the food at La sponda as Chef Ahmed prepared such amazing food to our requirements. Best Hotel I’ve ever experienced.

Breakfast was an amazing array of pastries, entrees and fruits. The room as very spacious with an exceptionally large balcony. The pool area is lovely, with attentive service, Our butler was incredibly helpful and took care of every whim!
